On July 10th, FLOW Outside will host the first ever Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Race Series at the East Gallatin Recreation Area. There will be one SUP Race, each month of the summer, for a total of 3 SUP Races. At 9am on July 10, will be race #2 of this three race series. Come out on any, or all, of the race days.  There will be races for both youth and adults. There will be medals for the top 3 female and male finishers in each race, on each race day. Awards will take place immediately following the race at MAP Brewing Co., which is next door to the FLOW Outside SUP Rental Kiosk. Door prizes will also be awarded – must be present to receive.

SUP is a recreation and fitness trend that has swept the world. It’s a great way for most of any age and ability to enjoy nature while also being active. A SUP race can be a fantastic way to meet other SUP enthusiasts and to participate in a fun, family-friendly event.
