Meta Sate and Bridger Kitchens collaboration presents a 5 course Indonesian Curry pop up dinner. Please join us on Saturday, April 2nd 2016 to explore, share and enjoy all the flavors of Indonesian curries. This is a one night only event, a rare treat to Bozeman. Indonesian curries are influenced by Indian, Arabic and sout east Asian flavors. Escape the ordinary and make it a night to experience an array of traditional Indonesian cooking. Menu includes a variety of curry from mild to spicy such as Opor Ayam (chicken and quail eggs in white curry), Kari kambing (lamb and potatoes in spicy coconut curry) and a decadent yet refreshing dessert of Es Teler (coconut shavings, avocado, jackfruit and attap fruit in cocopandan syrup).
