Kombucha Brewing Class
Discover the art of home tea fermentation! This class is perfect for the beginner brewer who has never made kombucha, and is also beneficial for the regular "boocher" who has brewed for years. Kombucha starter kits will be available, including a jar, SCOBY Culture, Townshend's Tea, and cane sugar. Everyone will leave with a complete understanding of brewing, literature, and recipes.
