Kids' Beg/Int Aerial Arts

This class will introduce beginning skills on aerial hammock and low-flying trapeze. Students will explore moving upside-down, swinging and spinning. They will develop a strong foundation of core fitness, air awareness and safety as they learn the essence of aerial arts. This class promotes important life skills such as: confidence, focus, teamwork, respect, artistic expression, memory, discipline and coordination.
