Yoga for Meditators
Yoga teacher and Zen practitioner Amy Strom will teach gentle stretches and ways to support the body for sitting meditation postures. No prior yoga experience or ability necessary. Program: 1 ½ hours of yoga movement, followed by a half hour silent sit. Open to all. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
