Bridger Raptor Festival Keynote Speech
Kate Davis began life with a love of animals. She founded the non-profit educational organization Raptors of the Rockies 27 years ago, and keeps 18 non-releasable and falconry birds at the facility at her house in the Bitterroot Valley. Kate will discuss what makes up a raptor and their special place in history and society. Then she'll introduce a falcon, eagle and owls up close. She'll finish, as with all her programs, with learning to hoot up an owl!
Doors open 6:30 pm at the Museum of the Rockies.
