Kombucha Brewing Class
Led by Jody Engstrom, the class will cover basic Kombucha making, second ferments, and embellishment techniques such as using flavored teas and fruits. Guests will be provided with loose tea to use for their home Kombucha making project, along with literature on the art of Kombucha making and fermentation. Reservation only; seating is limited to 12 guests. Please call the Teahouse at 406-577-2740 or stop in to make your reservation by 5pm on Tuesday, Aug. 18th.
