GVLT Discovery Walk: Tips for Beginner Runners with Schnee's
Meet with running experts from Schnee’s to learn tips about choosing the right shoes for different foot shapes, good form for running, hydration, and nutrition. The group will take a short 20 minute run through Lindley Park to practice. This is a beginner’s class, all are welcome! Meet at the GVLT office on South Wallace near Lindley Park.
