A Battle of Good Taste
Violinist Carrie Krause returns with friends from the Juilliard School to present a trio of period instrument performances. The ensemble will present inspired, inventive, and effervescent works from the baroque, pitting French against Italian in a battle of good taste.
Performers include wunderkind Canadian cellist Caroline Nicholas, her husband and specialist Kevin Payne on lute, and the sincerely vivid harpsichordist, Evan Kory.
