Since those first reviews, reactions to A Fistful of Dollars have been overwhelmingly positive. Quentin Tarantino described the film as “the greatest achievement in the history of cinema” and notable movie critic site Rotten Tomatoes listed it #8 on the list of Best Westerns of All Time.
