Mixed Apparatus Aerial Arts Classes
This class will be different each week! Choose from silks, hammock, hoop or low-flying trapeze or rotate around the room and try them all. We will focus on building strong technique and alignment on all the apparatus, moving at each student's pace and level. Get a great workout and have fun doing it! No experience necessary. Ages 13+
