Aerial Conditioning and Hoop
Making use of the floor and apparatus, build your upper body and core strength and increase your flexibility. Becoming stronger and more flexible will allow you to progress more quickly on all the apparatus or build strength for other athletic endeavors. Students will also learn various moves on the hoop, focusing on technique and safety.
No experience necessary.
