The Boy on Harroun Street: Tales of Not Quite Growing Up
For one night only, local theatre stalwart Christian McDaniel presents the premiere of The Boy on Harroun Street: Tales of Not Quite Growing Up, Friday, April 10th at The Verge Theater
The Boy on Harroun Street is a one-man show blending storytelling and improvisation into a hilarious and touching tale of one man's struggle against adulthood! Journey through the joyous imagination of performer/writer/possible-cartoon-disguised-as-a-human-being Christian McDaniel as he recounts stories of love, loss, television, family, and the importance of holding on to your dreams. Utilizing his improvisational talents developed at the Second City and as the "Man of Over 9,000 Voices" for Don't Close Your Eyes, Bozeman's wildly popular series of live radio plays, Christian takes audiences through a dizzying whirl of characters and voices, while always returning to his own. Come be a part of the VERY out-of-town opening of this show, at Verge Theater, before it departs to New York! Directed by local writer and performer Keith Suta, this show will please audiences both mature and immature (though being a little immature won't hurt).
Cost: $10
