On the west slope of the jagged Teton Range, there is a creative crossroads: the culmination of the paths of four seasoned and talented individuals, all from differing musical backgrounds. The Alta Boys is a collaboration involving styles that some might expect to clash, but Ken Dolman, Vance Freed, Chris Szymanik and Troy Hillary manage to make music that flows seamlessly and catches the ear yet surprises at unexpected turns. Drawing from all of the rock and roll greatness that has come before them, they have created a sound that is unique yet nostalgic.
