Mantras and the Science of Sound

Take a deep dive into the power of music, mantras, and seed syllables! Come join us for 90-minutes including an informative presentation and a mantra experience. Discover the forms created by sound in matter, how sound affects the human body, and the amazing connection between ancient sacred sites and acoustics. This workshop is for those new to the practice of mantra yoga as well as devoted chanters.
