EDGE Wellness Week
EDGE is a healthy lifestyle empowerment project. Over the course of 12 days, attendees have access to 30+ health, wellness and fitness classes and workshops! We aim to encourage healthy living in an approachable, broad and FUN way. This means our schedule includes everything from yoga, spin, a 5k, a group-hike, meditation, meal-prep, a speaker-series, and so much more. Come to one or all of the events, but come ready to simultaneously play and grow! We believe that growth happens when you find your edge, hence our event title! Everyone is invited - men and women, young and old - and everyone is supported - first-timers and fitness gurus alike. We believe in community. We believe in balance. We believe that being healthy can be a blast!
