Belgrade, are you ready for a great community event!?

The new Festival of Lights planning committee has been working since January to help reinvent this Belgrade tradition and are excited to bring it back stronger and better than ever.

This year, the event will take place on Saturday, December 9th. Having it on a Saturday allows time for a full day of fun! Here is a tentative schedule of events. Be sure to check back as we post updates and more information.


ALL DAY! Events at Belgrade Businesses

Special Events Center (SEC) Happenings:
8am-11am: Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast
8:30am: 5K race
9am-4pm: SEC fun
- One Stop Holiday Shop
- Music and entertainment on stage throughout the day
- Kids activities (crafts, bounce houses, games, and more!)
- Live culinary contest
- Gingerbread house contest
- Food vendors inside and out

At 4pm, the fun will move downtown until 6pm where there will be:
- Nonprofit and church booths serviing warm drinks
- Music and caroling
- Lighting of the tree
- More!

6pm-8pm: Belgrade Library book sale and events

We hope you will plan on attending this event snow or shine, bring your neighbors, meet your friends, and spread some hometown holiday cheer as we come together as a community.
