Equus International Film Festival "On the Trail"

Windhorse Equine Learning presents the 2017
Equus International Film Festival "On the Trail," a
selection of top short films - including the Best of
the Festival, Most Inspirational and winners of four
other awards - from Missoula's Equus International Film Festival (EIFF),
on Sunday October 29, from 5:00-9:00 pm at Emerson Center for the
Arts & Culture in Bozeman. Proceeds fund scholarships for Windhorse Equine
Learning programs helping kids learn and grow with horses.
 
Mark your calendars for a fun-filled evening of beautiful and inspiring films about horses
and people from around the globe and right here at home. The selection includes the
2017 EIFF Winner of Best of the Fest, “Talking to the Air: The Horses of the Last
Forbidden Kingdom,” filmed in Nepal. The Equus International Film Festival is the
premier global venue for award-winning equine film, television and other media that
bring focus to the horse and other equines and seeks to enhance the equine/human
bond and improve the welfare of the horse.
Doors for the film festival open at 4:00 pm so come early and enjoy an abundant silent
auction, refreshments, beer and wine while supporting Windhorse Equine Learning
programs. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under. Purchase tickets
online or at the door. The Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture is at 111 South Grand
Avenue in Bozeman.
