Meet at the parking lot off of Oak St. Whether you are new to trail-walking, nursing an injury, or moving a little slower these days, we’ll get you walking on the right foot so you can enjoy our local trails while staying injury-free. We’ll work on gait, core, posture, proper use of walking sticks, show you how to monitor your heartrate, and anything else participants want to work on.
