Hopa Mountain and Empower Montana will offer a workshop on Strengthening Cross-Cultural Competencies on Friday, November 11 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Bozeman at the C’Mon Inn. This workshop, taught by Empower Montana Executive Director, Heidi Wallace, and Senior Trainer, Katie Koga, along with Hopa Mountain’s Executive Director, Bonnie Sachatello-Sawyer, will offer a series of experiential activities to help participants to become leaders in ending individual and institutional oppression by deepening self-awareness, increasing understanding of inequality, and developing intervention and ally skills.
