Join us for Girls Courage Camp: an experiential, therapeutic camp for middle and high school aged girls. In this day camp, we will weave in therapeutic elements to increase self-worth, self-acceptance, and integrity. Girls will be challenged to learn to trust their physical and emotional strength through a combination of yoga, movement, meditation, and art journaling. Participants will learn tools to cope with the challenges of the adolescent years in order to thrive as empowered young women! Open to girls in grades 6th-12th! T-F 11-4 $450, which includes snacks and art supplies.
