Many parents and caregivers spend the hour by going to the gym, making dinner, or enjoying the amenities of our beautiful Downtown Bozeman while their children move, relax, and om on. Mountain Yoga is a beautiful open space which is perfectly suited for making yoga obstacle courses using yoga mats and yoga cards, hula hooping, drawing/coloring, building relaxation forts, reading stories, dancing, laughing with friends, and learning how to deal with the yucky thoughts that can sometimes take over our minds.
