The annual Montana Masters State Championship Swim Meet is the biggest meet of the year for masters swimmers (age 18+) in Montana. It is held in a 25-yard pool every spring, and rotates around the state. The last time this meet was held at MSU was 2011. This is an open meet, so no qualifying times are required, and you do not have to live in Montana to participate. You do need to be a member of U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) to participate, but one-event registrations, which would cover both days of the event, are available for swimmers who do not wish to become a full-year USMS member. Historically 40-50% of the members of the Montana LMSC participate in this event every year. Whether you are new to competition or a veteran, this meet is a lot of fun to participate in!
