Big Sky Classical Music Festival: Six Strings
You won't want to miss this incredible night of music featuring some of the world's finest players--all together on one stage in the beautiful Warren Miller Performing Arts Center ! This evening is sponsored by the Preggy Dicken Schwer and Carroll Toepffer Memorial Funds, as well as Realty Big Sky.
The evening will feature Rachel Barton Pine , violin; Angella Ahn , violin; David Wallace , viola; Gillian Gallagher , viola; Matt Haimovitz , cello; and Kathe Jarka , cello. The ensemble will be performing Brahms String Sextet No. 1 in B-flat Major, Op. 18. In addition, Rachel Barton Pine and Matt Haimovitz will be performing solo compositions.
