The Monday, November 3 concert features stellar musicians Jon Ford, Matthew Savery, Julia Cory Slovarp, and Laurel Yost performing Bolling Jazz Suite for Cello. In addition to the rousing music, the discussion will focus on the fusion of classical and jazz genres in the chamber setting, held at noon in the Large Community Room. This popular chamber music series is at the Bozeman Public Library, the first Monday of every month, from noon to 1pm, free and open to the public. It is co-sponsored by the Montana Chamber Music Society and the Bozeman Public Library Foundation. This performance is the second in a six-part series, and features local musicians discussing and playing chamber music with a goal of instilling a new or refreshed appreciation of this time-period music.
