We cook with mostly Organic and always Non-GMO Whole Foods. Our meals, snacks and sweet treats are made with very little oil, low glycemic sweetness and therapeutic spices. Most of our food is gluten free and soy free but we do love our local sourdough bread and our baked tofu!

We operate a food truck from May to mid-October and during the winter, we offer meal prep services to support plant-based eating at home.
