Founded in 2013 El Patrón Cocina y Cantina is committed to serving delicious, traditional Mexican food, lovingly prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients available. We use favorite traditional family recipes and prepare every dish from scratch here in our kitchen. El Patrón does not rush so please relax and enjoy yourselves in our festive and friendly environment. We believe that good food takes time to prepare.

Our corn tortillas are made fresh every day here “en casa” and we start simmering our stews and sauces early in the day, allowing the flavors to blend so that we can ensure that we are serving you, our valued customers, the very best in town.
