Plonk’s GFC is a longstanding Bozeman favorite, one of the signature drinks of a place more often associated with its extensive wine list. But the ginger and basil vodka concoction has competition on Plonk’s cocktail list featuring house infusions like a cucumber vodka, jalapeno tequila and kaffir-lime gin. They’re all served in a metropolitan setting.
