Breakfast is, in my book, very American. And for 10 years I lived without a place to get a good American breakfast. Luckily for me (and you), Bozeman is not lacking in Awesome Breakfast restaurants! – Hilary St Jonn

Cateye Café
– Delicious food with a great atmosphere (if you like cateye glasses and cats!), this is definitely one of the top places to eat breakfast in Bozeman.

Stockyard Café
– Only open Friday through Sunday, out of the way, and not known by tourist, Stockyard Café is fun, locally filled, and has fresh made everything!

Nova Café
– This place has your typical American breakfast, but with me it seems to be served always with a little spunk to it. Perhaps it is the fun atmosphere, but I still think it is the good food.

Main Street Overeasy
– The classic downtown eatiery, this place is always packed. Tried their filled French Toast. Yummy!

Great Harvest
– Not a classic breakfast place, but more of a bakery, Great Harvest offers fresh breads, muffins and more. Plus they have the best breakfast sandwiches in town.

Storm Castle Café
- Located near the university, this place has gigantic portions at an affordable price. Definitely worth checking out when you are very hungry!
Sola Café
- While Sola may be more known for its lunches and healthy meals, it also has some great breakfast dishes!

Vera Fare
– A bit hidden, this restaurant is usually quiet and offers a lot of space not to be bothered. Plus they have amazing waffles and treats!

Soby’s Café
– Soby’s offers not only great lunch with a Mexican twist, but the classic American breakfast. Yum!

The Western Café
– Another local hang out, this place is also downtown and worth a visit!
