Join us for the 3rd annual Montana Classic Skijoring Race. Races will start each day at 11:00 AM and the Calcutta will be held Saturday night at Mixers Saloon, with the Rocky Mountain Pearls playing afterward. Spectators Bar & Grill will have a snow bar set up both days at the race, with a Bozeman Spirits Distillery tasting, and Treeline Coffee Roasters will be providing hot drinks throughout the day. Food will be provided by Totally Tasty Catering, LLP.

There will be a $5/person gate fee, CASH ONLY. Modern skijoring combines Montana’s signature ski heritage with its cowboy roots into a wild, fast-paced, spectacular event. Competitors race for cash and prizes based on the fastest combined times for the two day event as well as the fastest time each day. It is derived from the Norwegian word skikjøring, meaning “ski driving”. Above all, skijoring is just another excuse to get outside during the winter in Montana and socialize.
