National Fossil Day
Celebrate National Fossil Day with Museum of the Rockies (MOR), the Children’s Museum of Bozeman (CMB), and the Bozeman Public Library (BPL) with dinosaur-themed activities all day long at all three locations.
- 10 – 11 a.m. at MOR for Sensational Babies featuring a dinosaur dig and dinosaur-themed stories
- 10:15 & 11:15 a.m. at BPL for Little Ones Storytime featuring dinosaur and fossil stories
- 12 – 3 p.m. at CMB for Fossil activities at the Science Station and Maker Place with MOR's Rocky Rex
- 2 – 3 p.m. at MOR for Tours for Tots: Bones!
- 3:30 – 5 p.m. at BPL for Meet MOR’s Rocky Rex and touch real fossils
- 5 – 7 p.m.at at CMB for Open lab in the STEAMlab with dinosaurs
*National Fossil Day events are free at MOR and BPL and included with admission at CMB. Admission applies if you wish to access MOR’s main museum and exhibits.
