Yoga for All
Have you tried the benefits of yoga yet? This is an easy way to begin. The Library Foundation sponsors free yoga at the Library every Tuesday at 11-11:45am and again 12-12:45pm. Yoga for all abilities is held every Tuesday at 11-11:45am and 12-12:45pm in the Community Room. Each class is taught by a certified yoga instructor-- Brooke Russell at 11am and Jen DeCharme at noon. The morning class tends to have more kids, following Books & Babies, but all are welcome to either class.
