"Learning how to be an authentic leader" The title of this talk is somewhat contradictory; that is, the only way to truly "learn" how to lead others authentically is by practicing leadership with an intentional focus on empathizing with those who are following you.  In this talk, Les will explore lessons learned as a Ranger Platoon Leader in combat during OIF and OEF; providing effective tips for anyone in either a personal or professional environment to develop authentic leadership abilities.
