Live and Let Livingston shares delicious food and recipes at 4:30pm on the second Sunday of every month. Everyone is welcome! Attendees do not have to be vegan, but the food does. We always have a fun optional theme, and 2-3 dozen people attend. At 4:45, we share a 5-minute recipe demo, followed by a short inspiring video.
