iREST/Yoga Nidra Meditation
iRest/Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, and develops inner well-being.
iREST is done lying down comfortably. It has been shown to be very helpful in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, chronic pain and chemical dependencies. No registration or experience necessary. Led by Susan Blackwell Tate.
