The Saturday Giant's Philip Cogley is a one man indie-art-pop-post-rock-shoegaze machine. Coming out of the university town of Colombus, Ohio (with roots in Mississipp) Phil is touring America with his Boomerang III Phrase Sampler looping pedal.
