406 Spring Trends You Can Wear In Montana

Even In Mud Season

Sandra Torgerson-Gould  |   Tuesday May. 1st, 2018

This spring, fashion has a FAB mix of florals, pastels, sparkle, and a FRESH new outlook on how to combine them all. It’s always so fun to go shopping and see the burst of color on the racks. It’s just hard to know that I’m NOT going to be able to wear that cute sleeveless pastel floral sundress for months.

In 406, Spring is well...our mud season!! The snow is melting, the streams are flowing, and our pastel-colored wares are impossible to keep clean. So, we have to get creative with how we introduce these beautiful pieces to our wardrobe.

I have gathered a few of #SandrasFavorites Spring Trends and am excited to share my finds! Some featured are from my 406 community, so feel free to support these local fashionista artisans and visit my May Shopping Cart via my website for a complete list and links for purchase.

Dark Denim - A great standby, especially with the dark mud.

Rubber - Be prepared for anything with a cute waterproof boot & jacket! I’ve collected some great options, check out my website.

Pastels/lavender - These colors SCREAM spring; don’t forget to get the latest color trend of the season and add a little lavender to your wardrobe. Great color on lots of skin tones.

Rainbow/Floral - A whole bunch of color all at once.

Transparent/Sheer - These goodies are both functional & FUN! Great for a night out.

Square Neckline - Back to the 80s we go...love how this look can bring classics to life.

White tank - I can always find HIP local t’s at our very own Intrigue Ink. Their white kitty tank is too fun to pass up.

Fringe - Found some great options but my favorite so far is my sweater I found at The Root Downtown. They have some great color options.

Straw hat - Keep the sun off the face in style. This accessory can be functional & cute.

POP of color earring - Add a technicolor kick to your outfit without feeling like you went overboard.

Get out there gorgeous!
